Remove earth and mud with lukewarm water and a soft brush after each training session or match. Never machine wash or dry on a radiator — direct heat damages the sole glue. Allow to air dry at room temperature, stuff the interior with newspaper to absorb moisture. Unlace completely before storage to prevent upper deformation.
