How to return an order?

-You can return one or more unworn items within 100 days from the purchase date and request a replacement or refund.
- The products must be returned in the original packaging, with attached labels, and in perfect condition.
- The shoes must be returned in their original box and placed in an appropriate shipping box. You can also reuse the envelope in which the products were delivered to you.
- The customized products with printing cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You can return multiple orders at the same time.

- You can group together items that have been shipped separately into one package. To do so, you can use a single return label that you attach to the outside of the package and include the return forms for each order inside the package.

Free replacement:

You can replace any item that doesn't meet your expectations within 100 days From the date of purchase of the item, not from the date of receipt, as we do not have this information. The items you wish to replace must be new and unworn. You can replace them with items of the same brand and model, in a different size, fit, or color.

If the requested replacement product is not available, your return will be automatically refunded.


For refund requests, please note that the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To facilitate the return process, we provide you with account of Prepaid Colissimo labels.. However, please note that they will be deducted5,50 euros from your refund if you choose to use this label.

The refund will occur within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of your return. We will issue the refund using the payment method used for the initial transaction.

Return address:

We offer pre-paid Colissimo return labels to facilitate the return of your product. You have two options to deliver your package: take it to a post office or place it in your mailbox, if possible.

Replacements are free. The Colissimo return label is provided for replacement requests.
The return label will incur a cost of €5,50 . This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
