Even though most orders are delivered on time, it may happen that the package tracking indicates 'delivered' even if you haven't received it.
If the tracking of your package indicates that it has been delivered and you have not received it:
-Check the delivery address provided during your order.
-Look for a delivery notice. There may be a delivery notice in your mailbox or on the door. Follow the instructions on the delivery notice to pick up your package or arrange another delivery attempt.
-Search in the vicinity of the delivery location. Check if your package has been left in your mailbox, with a neighbor (unless it poses health or safety risks), or in a secure location such as a porch or garage.
-Check if someone else may have received the package on your behalf (unless it poses health or safety risks).
-Contact the courier. They may have additional information. You will need your tracking number.
-If your package shows as delivered for less than 48 business hours, we recommend waiting for 48 hours. The courier may still deliver your package in the next few hours.
