Machine wash at 30 °C maximum with similar colours. Do not use fabric softener, which alters the technical properties of polyester and reduces the lifespan of the elastane. Air drying is recommended to preserve the fabric's elasticity. No ironing required. For stubborn stains (mud, grass), treat before washing with a specific sportswear stain remover.

Design

Macron designed these shorts around a high-tenacity polyester knit, able to withstand the mechanical stresses of rugby without fraying or tearing. The addition of 8% elastane in the knit provides immediate recovery after stretching, essential during changes of direction and static phases under tension. The stretch gusset at the crotch, absent from basic shorts, eliminates any friction point and allows maximum hip mobility without pulling on the side seams. The wide elasticated waistband distributes pressure across the abdomen, complemented by an internal drawstring that prevents the shorts from slipping during tackles or lineout jumps. This textile architecture reflects a true understanding of the demands of contact rugby, where every cutting detail matters so as not to hinder the player.
