Design

The New Era 9FORTY E-Frame Trucker series is built on a hybrid architecture: a structured front crown that keeps its shape, combined with mesh panels at the back and sides to release heat. The cotton-polyester blend (60/40) retains the softness of cotton while benefiting from the wrinkle resistance of polyester. The curved visor, a signature of 9FORTY models, provides effective sun protection without excessive rigidity. The snap closure replaces the classic snapback system for a more discreet fit and a lighter rear profile.
