Introduction

These general conditions of sale have been enacted to meet the legislative framework set by the Consumer Code, and that of distance selling and e-commerce, in compliance with the law for confidence in the digital economy, no. 2004-575 dated June 21, 2004.

The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by these general conditions of sale which are accessible on the Boutique-Rugby.com site. These terms may be subject to change. Finally, these general conditions of sale define the terms of sale between Boutique-Rugby.com and the Internet user. They regulate the different steps to follow to place an order on this site. ARTICLE 1 - CONTRACT

The user declares to be 18 years old and the legal capacity to contract on our site Boutique-Rugby.com as well as to respect the present general conditions of sale or to be the holder of a parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. Shop-Rugby.com
Placing your order is done in several steps: - the user chooses his products, - the user enters his personal details, - the user chooses his method of payment, - the user validates his order, - the user receives an e-mail confirming his order.
The order validation e-mail signifies the acceptance by Boutique-Rugby.com of the Internet user's order and thus forms the sales contract between the parties.
The online provision of the credit card number or the cashing of the check or bank transfer by B.A.R. Associates and the final validation of the order constitute proof of the entire order. This validation is worth signature and acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site by the Internet user.
In the case of an order whose amount exceeds €200, as well as in the context of anti-fraud checks aimed at securing the transactions of its customers, Boutique-Rugby.com will be entitled to ask the Internet user to provide one or more proof of address before validating his order. ARTICLE 2 - PRICES

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros and include all charges applicable in Metropolitan France. VAT is applied at the rate in effect at the time of the order. Product prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

ARTICLE 3 - AVAILABILITY

In case of temporary unavailability of a size, the user is notified by a message, during its validation, under the description of the article.
In case of temporary unavailability of an item, a warning message is present on the description of the product as well as the foreseeable date of restocking.
In the event of an order for several products, if one of the products proves to be unavailable, the entire order will only be processed and dispatched when all the products of this order are available. Boutique-Rugby.com will then inform the Internet user of this additional period. The latter may choose to receive the available items of his order as a priority. The Internet user will then only be charged the shipping costs announced at the time of the order.
However, if this product turns out to be permanently unavailable, Boutique-Rugby.com will inform the Internet user of this unavailability. The user will then have the choice:
- either to cancel his entire order, his account will then not be debited,
-- or to receive the ordered products available, his account will then be debited with the amount of the products shipped, as well as the shipping costs.
- or to exchange the unavailable item(s) for one or more available items, provided that the amount of the new items is not greater than that of the unavailable products.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

The products are only available in the countries mentioned on the site at the time of the order. They are delivered by post by Colissimo within 48 hours for a cost of €4.99 including tax for mainland France, €15 including tax for EEC countries and €20 for other countries delivered by La Boutique Rugby.
Boutique Rugby provides its customers with 24-hour Chronopost delivery at a cost of €11.99 for mainland France and €20 for delivery on Saturdays.
For parcel tracking reasons, Boutique-Rugby.com reserves the right to refuse to deliver orders from individuals to collective addresses such as hotels. As part of a delivery to a collective address, the user acknowledges that the service of Boutique-Rugby.com for the delivery of the order stops at the actual delivery to the collective address indicated in his order form. , even though the product may be received by a third party.
The delivery times announced on the site apply from the receipt by the user of the order confirmation e-mail sent by Boutique-Rugby.com.
Regarding products whose selling price is greater than €500 including tax, the maximum delivery time will be 3 months.
The products will be delivered within a maximum of one month; Failing this, the Rugby Shop will reimburse the customer unless the latter clearly mentions his intention to wait beyond this period; After this period, he may at any time request a refund of his order.
 

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

The Internet user can pay for his purchases by Visa or Mastercard bank card, by check or bank transfer. Payments by check will not be accepted beyond €200 including tax.
TAny late payment automatically produces late payment interest equivalent to 1.5 times the legal rate in force and applicable from the date of the summons to pay.

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCT RETURN

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Internet user has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order. However, Boutique-Rugby.com extends this period to 100 days.
The type of withdrawal form is available under your account at the following address http://www.boutique-rugby.com/ProductReturn/Front/List/
During this period, the user can return all or part of his order to the Rugby Shop (32 Avenue de l'Océanie Bâtiment A 91140 Villejust). Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. In general, all costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the sender. Only products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will give rise to a right of withdrawal
The Internet user can choose between a refund of the product or a credit valid for 6 months on the entire online catalog. In the latter case, the Rugby Shop communicates a gift code to the customer for the amount of the returned item.
In the event of a request for a refund, this will take place within a maximum of 10 days.

6.1 – Exchange/span>

Whatever the reason, the customer has 100 days to exchange his product for any article. On the other hand, the expenses of reforwarding remain with the load of the customer. In general, all costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the sender. Only products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will give rise to a right of withdrawal. If the new product is more expensive than the old, the customer will have to pay the difference before receiving the new product. If it is cheaper, the Rugby Shop will refund the difference or issue a credit note. In this case, the costs of reshipping the new product also remain the responsibility of the customer.

6.2 - Item not conforming to the order The Internet user then has 72 hours upon receipt of the package to request a return from Boutique-Rugby.com.

In this case, Boutique-Rugby.com: - will cover the costs necessary to return the product, - will ship the product corresponding to the order at its own expense within 10 days of receipt of the returned product, subject to the availability of the requested product in stock .
SIf the product ordered is no longer available on the date of return, Boutique-Rugby.com will then reimburse the missing product and the return shipping costs in terms equivalent to those of a right of withdrawal.
It is recalled that the Internet user is free to take out insurance or not in the event of loss, theft or destruction of his package. Boutique-Rugby.com does not cover any of these costs and cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the Internet user's package.
SOnly products returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.

6.3 - Defective item due to the carrier. The customer must imperatively check the condition of the package upon delivery and issue all necessary reservations to the carrier in the event of an open or damaged package, in case of a missing or damaged item. He must then send all these reservations to Boutique Rugby no later than 48 hours after receipt of the package. Failing this, no claim may be made by the Internet user to Boutique-Rugby.com.

SIf the return of the product is validated by Boutique-Rugby.com and the product is available to order, the user's product will be exchanged within a maximum period of 30 days.
If the return of the product is validated by Boutique-Rugby.com but the product is no longer available, then Boutique-Rugby.com will refund the user for the price of the defective item.

AARTICLE 7 - OWNERSHIP/span>

BBoutique-Rugby.com retains full ownership of the items purchased by the Internet user until the Internet user has fulfilled all of his obligations and in particular until full payment of the price, plus interest where applicable.

ARTICLE 8 - RESPONSIBILITIES/span>

Boutique-Rugby.com cannot be held liable in case of a breach of one of its contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure as defined by French case law.

EUnder no circumstances shall Boutique-Rugby.com be held liable for loss of profits, commercial losses, loss of data or loss of earnings or any other indirect damage or damage which was not foreseeable at the time of use of the site. or the conclusion of the sales contract between the Parties.
Boutique-Rugby.com cannot be held liable for any immaterial or bodily damage that may result from improper use of the products marketed.

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute that has not found an amicable solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. ​

Un T-Shirt à l'Effigie de la saison 2020-2021

« Le Stade » est un documentaire retraçant la saison incroyable du Stade Toulousain, champion de France et d'Europe de rugby durant la saison 2020-2021. Les Rouges et Noirs, emmenés par les stars Antoine Dupont et Romain Ntamack, ont réalisé un incroyable doublé Top 14-Coupe d’Europe, très rare dans le rugby (Toulon y était parvenu en 2014). C'est pourquoi le Stade toulousain à décidé, afin de célébrer cette saison historique de sortir un t-shirt spécial à la même période que la sortie du documentaire. C'est un t-shirt noir ou l'on peut voir l'inscription" Le Stade" au centre qui est le titre du documentaire. Nous y retrouvons également le logo Nike et l'Ecusson du Stade Toulousain.

Tous les fans du Stade Toulousain seront fière de porter ce T-shirt qui rappellera leur saison exceptionnelle.
